					Kawamura Design has been designing professional instruments that benefit from diverse skills since 1980. In 1984 we developed general surgery instruments, laparoscopic instruments in 1990 and endoscopic instruments in 1998. We listen to professionals and then apply our “out of the box” creativity of styling solutions using standard or exotic materials such as elastomers, memory metals, tungsten and titanium, to compliment modern processes such as metal injection molding and thin wall castings that have allowed us to create exceptional products for our clients. Kawamura Design was innovative in breakthroughs such as Argon Beam, hand held audio studios, full vision Endoscopic Suturing, and a Light Source at the surgeons fingertips, mass spectrometers, organ delivery systems, food process controls, breath-analyzers, computer embroidery, and rewards equipment.
